SUMMER DAY CAMP [2020]

Summer is coming upon us very quickly, which means that it is time for Delhaven Community Center’s 47th annual SUMMER DAY CAMPS for children ages 5-14 years!  Filled with fun-filled exciting activities, trips, and friendships, campers experience a variety of new challenges and activities that give them the opportunity to laugh, and enjoy a summer of fun as all kids should.   Our camp schedule is as follows:

SESSION 1:  “World of Creative Art” :   Tuesday, May 26th to Friday, June 5th….kids will enjoy Venice Beach, create their own art festival, chalk art, create their own tie-dye shirts, cartoon art, swimming, park activities, and  more

SESSION 2:  “Travel the  World” :  Monday, June 8th to Friday, June 19th:…kids will enjoy a trip to Travel Town and the Griffith Park Observatory, we will have our very own food tasting called “taste of the town”, visit the Shi– Lai Buddhist Temple, swimming, a water fund day, and more

SESSION 3:  Sports Fun Day Camp”:  Monday, June 22nd to Friday, July 3rd….kids will enjoy going to watch an Angels Baseball game, participate in a mini Rodeo, enjoy a crazy sports day, team tournaments, park activities, swimming, hold a  Car Wash, and more

SESSION 4:  “Thrill Seekers Day Camp”:  Monday, July 6th to Friday, July 17th…kids will enjoy a fun-filled day at  Adventure City, see a special Sports Car Show, go watch motorcross races, a water fun day, swimming, park activities, and more

SESSION 5:  “Water Fun Camp”:   Monday, July 20th to Friday, July 24th (One Wek Only)… kids will go swimming and enjoy a BBQ at Bonelli Park, hold a fun-filled Water Carnival, enjoy dunk tank fun, create our own water park, and end the camp with an exciting overnight camp out at Delhaven making smore’s and watching an outside movie

COST:  Sessions 1, 2, 3, 4:   $150.00 per child (covers all expenses except spending money)

Session  5:  $80.00 (session 5 is only one week)
